Patient Portal information

We encourage all of our patients to participate in Atlantic Allergy & Asthma Center's new Patient Portal.  It will improve your patient experience

  1. Check your email - you should have received an invite to register for Atlantic Allergy & Asthma Center's patient portal from our office - you cannot register without the email invite
  2. If you have not received an invite, please call our office at 609-653-6676 and ask for an email invite for the patient portal
  3. To register for Atlantic Allergy & Asthma Center's patient portal, you must click on the url that is within the email to get started
  4. You can access Atlantic Allergy & Asthma Center's patient portal via 3 methods:
  5. You can click "Patient Portal" on this webpage and you will be immediately directed to our portal
  6. You can type "ModulemdPatientPortal by ModuleMD" in your "address bar (ie URL bar)
  7. You can download the"Hale App" from the App store to your mobile device and enter the portal via the Hale app
  8. If this is your first patient visit; please access the patient portal, go to; "Patient Forms" and then click on "Patient Questionnaire" to fill out your patient history - this will streamline your visit and improve your patient experience
